"I had low tire pressure on a Sunday. Firestone was the tire store open. I took my car in and they were quick and professional."
"Took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation before a long holiday road trip. Picked it up in the dark, and didn't notice until this morning that the tires weren't rotated. Tire pressure light is still on, so that tells me they didn't even bother to check the air pressure. Don't have time to take it in a second time before the trip. At least it looks like the oil change was actually done."
"I went to Firestone today to get two tires. My appointment was at 11.30pm. I waited 45 mins for service. When the service was done one of my tire caps was missing. I told the guy at the desk "he said the mechanic said one was missing" which was incorrect! He acted like it wasn't a big deal and didn't apologize. I brought my car everything in place and nothing missing. I expect my car to be same way when I leave. I looked under the hood and the battery cap was completely hanging off and wasn't put back on. I wasn't happy when I left !!!"

"These people replaced my air filter and knowingly put the wrong size in. Didn’t realize until my asthma started acting up months later only when driving with the air/heat on and was told to check my cars filter. They replaced it for free but I still wouldn’t bring my car back here. I’d rather spend $300 at the Lexus dealership than. The oil change was good but that’s it. I wouldn’t trust them with my car and inside of the lobby is disgusting as the service. Never again"
