"Wonderful experience all around! There was a beautiful blue down winter coat that I was considering, and they held it behind the service desk for a few hours until I could make up my mind. When I returned, they extended a discount for joining their rewards program to the cost, even though I had made my initial purchase earlier in the day. Then, when I realized that the coat wasn’t going to fit with winter clothes, they happily took it back from me. Amazing customer service! ❤️"

"Not to be harsh on my review because during business hours the deals and customer service have been great however store hours this morning and for the rest of the week except Sunday state they open at 10 am however myself and other customers were waiting outside at 10 however the store was still closed. I called and got ahold of an employee inside and she stated it would be another 30-45 minutes before they were to open as they had to get the store ready?? Aren’t you supposed to do all that prior to the store opening. Not my place to manage that store but if you say you’re open at 10 then you should probably be open. Very disappointing."
