"I had Dr. Cheek for over 9 years before being transferred to Dr. Joseph only because Dr. Cheek retired. Dr. Renee Joseph is very unprofessional. I have seen her for about a year and I am very disappointed with her lack of compassion and respect for patients. She is confrontational and does not pay attention to detail. The last time I had to see her for an ongoing issue, she got loud, combative, and very inconsiderate. She stormed out of the room and slammed the door. I have never experienced such poor customer service. The ladies who assist in the office are all the things she is not. Kind, considerate, and respectful."
