"The first name I think of when it comes to shipping anything"
"The people working in the office are fantastic! The people who forklift my orders out are amazing! My concern is simple. I have their number saved in my phone because I pick up firework orders a few times a year there. I got the usual automated selection system. However, this time it said as of August 2023 it will automated or website contact. Does that mean the office works will be out of jobs? If that is the case, then I will be concerned how my interactions will be in the future. I guess I will have to wait and see. Until that time comes, everyone I interacted with there has been outstanding!!"
"If you are a corporate customer then the prices are reasonable, I tried to get a quote for a non work related shipment and holy sh... the price was 2.25x more for us "once in a while" shippers and dont need a lift gate that will run you 100+ more for 5-7 extra minutes to unload with no dock"

"Use any other freight company. Horrible customer service. Charged me for a lift gate fee when we have a perfect working fork lift. I spoke with Marsha at customer service who was completely rude and did nothing to resolve the situation. She continued to argue with me and there was zero reasoning. I am shocked she has a job!"
