"I needed a bed within 2 days because my husband was getting released from the hospital and the bed we thought was all arranged got cancelled. I called several stores that could not help before I was lucky enough to find Jonathan at Mattress Firm. I explained my situation and mentioned I needed to buy something over the phone as I’m handicapped and don’t drive. He took the time to listen to my needs and explain options available. He explained the differences between each mattress and listened to what we liked or didn't like about each one to tailor the next one he'd have us try. He also looked at our body alignment on the bed to make sure the mattress was the right firmness for us.
