"I don't think I've been to my local Best Buy since before covid, but I couldn't help noticing they seem to have a good bit less inventory and fewer staff than before. I guess that's happened in a lot of stores. It was hard to find a salesperson to show me where an item was, and several zoomed past without acknowledging my presence. In their favor, they did have 2 models I was interested in, although getting advice on comparing them was hopeless."

"Worst installation service ever! I would give zero 0 stars if I could. It is EXTREMELY disrespectful, not to show up for a scheduled appointment for installation. I wish we could charge Best Buy a NO SHOW fee. They did not call, email or text, no apologies either. Go somewhere else. The amount of money lost for the time off from work, would easily pay for a more expensive place to shop."

"I use to go here all the time back when they sold CD's and before renovations. I go in to purchase two items worth $259.00 and because it was a Christmas gift and I needed to do more shopping I said yes to needing a bag after I was offered only just to be told oh usually we charge $.11 for the bag but I'll give it to you this time. Uh, first of all if u didn't give me a bag or charged me for it I would've returned my items and walked out and not looked back. Who does that! I would've wanted to eat that $.11 as a business but I guess things are different."

"Very disappointed. Almost nothing in the store has a price tag and even when it does, it is wrong. Went into buy a headset, and they had an Arctis Nova Pro 7 Wireless for $230. The product rang up at $309. Associate told me to go take a picture of the tag. I did. He didn't believe me. I had to go show him. Proceeded to tell his manager, and they blew me off for 15 minutes. Cashiers kept shuffling me from register to register. Another 15 minutes went by. They come back and tell me its the wrong item, despite the fact there were 4 right behind in the same spot. Manager finally comes over, after 30 minutes and told me they wont' match the price. Cashier tells me he can give me the wired version. He brings the wired version and it doesn't have noise cancelling on it. So I walked out with a lesser model. There were 0 price tags over there for $300. Wasted half an hour of my life. Don't shop here unless you have an unlimited budget, you don't know what you're getting or what you're paying."

"I walked in with loads of cash in my pocket ready to be spent. Curious as to what the Magnolia center had to offer I headed to the back of the store, as that’s where it’s located. Not once was I greeted, offered any assistance, or even acknowledged. As I got to the Magnolia center I noticed all the lights had been turned off and nothing was on. With over 10 years of Retail and AV Tech experience I was quite familiar with the setup so I had it lit up in seconds. Ready to hear the speakers I pressed play and was sadly disappointed. All the bookshelf speakers only had the left speaker hooked up, so no stereo experience there... Also the Demo setup was incorrectly configured and there was no volume control and lots of issues. Maybe the Kids set this up on bring your child to work day. The only things I saw that really peaked my interest were the B&W and Martin-Logan speaker selection. Curious to see if anyone would talk to me on pricing I looked around, “surprisingly” none of the workers took any notice nor offered any assistance still. With a sigh I started my hunt to find a worker that actually cared about their job. There was one guy that I’d seen when I walked in, during my time there I would glance over and he just kept walking in circles trying to look busy. I approached him and asked if he could help and he says he’s busy with a customer but he’ll call someone over. 30 minutes go by and out the door I go. Again not one soul says a word. If you wanna go somewhere that wastes your time, doesn’t acknowledge you and that has people that don’t care about you or their job then this is your place. Rant Over. Best Buy Sucks."
