"Can't say enough how pleased I was with the professionalism of Todd at Banks. Called ahead, on time, friendly, knowledgeable & fast. Dryer is quieter than new and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!"
"This company offered to order a replacement circuit board for the knob of my Electrolux washing machine and to come to my house to install it so I took them up on it. I gave them the exact model number of my washer and PNC/part number of the part that I needed. The guy over the phone assured me that he had the correct part and that a repairman would be at my house in 2 or 3 days to make the repair. Fast forward to the day of the repair and the repairman shows up with the wrong part. I called their office and asked how it was possible that they ordered the wrong part and they tried to blame me for their mistake. The repairman talked to his people over the phone and basically said "here is the part, they said that you have to keep it." They tried to stick me with a $177 part that I had no use for when it was their mistake in ordering the wrong part. Completely unacceptable. I called up their number and informed them that they would be refunding me for the part because it was their mistake and they eventually agreed to take the part back and refund me. The man over the phone was extremely rude and asked "well, are you going to pay the $85 minimum charge?" for their mess up and when no work was done on my washer. I talked to the repairman and he said he had another customer 2 minutes down the road, so he barely had to go out of his way to get to my place. The man over the phone informed me that he had found the right part and that it would cost me $250 and was on back order with the manufacturer. I told them no thanks and hung up the phone. I went online later and found the same part for $138 directly from Electrolux and was shocked when I saw how much they were trying to mark up the price. Don't waste your time and don't work with these people. They have horrible customer service and apparently shaft their customers when there is a disagreement."
"Ordered a part for my stove from them and was told it would arrive in "7-10 business days." 6 weeks and many promises of " just 7-10 more business days" later I get a voicemail saying that my part will be in this week, ready to go. When I went in to pick it up I was told that they still did not have it. Surprise, surprise. When confronted with the voicemail, the owner of the store immediately deflected saying that "never leaves voicemails promising when a part would be in" pointing to the employee who dared call me. He then proceeded to blame Samsung and even Covid-19 for the delay, saying he's had customers waiting for a part for years. What a lame cop-out when your number is calling my phone and your name is on the building!! If I had known upfront that it would have taken 6 weeks just to have to cancel the order than I would have made other arrangements. Spend your money in one of Greenville's other more deserving repair shops unless you like being disrespected, lied to and spoken to like you're an idiot."
"Went in today to buy an emergency garage fridge because our kitchen one is failing while waiting on parts. I was panicked that we were going to lose all our food and so Scott and his delivery guys went out of their way to make sure it got delivered today and I am so relieved. They were easy to work with and very cheerful- which is what I needed today! Time will tell if the fridge works well- but so far so good and I’m just very pleased with customer service."
"10/10 would not recommend. I paid $85 for them to come and look at my dryer. It’s missing the “felt”. When I told the woman on the phone she assured me it would be an easy fix. And the $85 would go towards the part. (It’s about $20-$30ish on Amazon. The guy comes to my place to look at it. Unscrews everything and says he needs to make a phone call to price the part. Might only cost me the $85. Walks back into my home and tells me they don’t just sell the felt. They have to sell me the whole barrel, the felt and the wheels which would be about $585 NO. THANK. YOU! He never put my dryer back together. The wheels were very recently replaced…"
