They were upfront and ensured I understood all the circumstances. They called back the same day even though they weren't sure they could look at it and confirmed the issues. They reviewed all the charges and were transparent with pricing. This was overall a 10/10 experience."

"With all the negatives you read/hear about the big chains, local multi store shops etc (you know the ones I am talking about) it is really refreshing to find/support a second generation family business that not only does really good work but is reasonably priced and extremely friendly without any of the pressure of you need this and that even when not necessary. In fact one of the things I thought needed attention turned out to be fine saving me the $80-100 I thought I would have to spend. They take the time to explain what is going on and provide options so you can make an informed decision which I really appreciated. This will be my go to shop even though it is about 18 miles away. My only minor complaint would be they do charge for diagnostics which isn’t applied to the work but they are very upfront about it so it didn’t pose a problem as I felt confident I was getting first rate service."
