There hasn't been a single time that I've been to this store (as a last resort), that I've been asked if I need help with anything or gotten an answer to a product inquiry. Every other business struggling to get employees and this place has a surplus of them that just stand around, shop talking with each other and leaning on the counter while on their phones."

"Huge thank you to Jared from Advance Auto Parts on Heckle Blvd in Rock Hill. Learned today that my car has two batteries and one (auxiliary battery) is a mean one that hides in the depth of the engine. Jared (who also served our country for 20 years) is the manager here. He literally took 1 hour and 20 minutes to not only change the aux battery but to figure out where the thing is and conquer the map to get to it. Thanks to Tim Henderson for the suggestion. Advanced Auto you need Jared at the head of your company."
