"You won't find any actual good deals here. There are plenty of shoes to pick from, and the staff is helpful, but compared to the rest of the outlets, this was a bit of a let down. The deals are basically on the clearance section in the back (from my experience). Unfortunately, some of the shoes looked pretty...well...they looked like they have been handled a lot. If that makes any sense. I would suggest going online. The deals are better."
"This review is for the store in the Tanger Outlet Mall on Kings Road, Myrtle Beach. My husband ordered two pair of New Balance shoes on a Sunday. Good price and helpful salesperson. On Monday morning I called the store to change the size of the shoes from 10 to 10 -1/2 and was told it was too late to change the order. Mind you that this was the morning of the first business day after we purchased them. Anyway, never heard from them about shipping or tracking so I called the store a week later and got the same nasty girl (Nicole) who said she was a manager. She seemed surprised that we hadn't received them after a week, practically called me a liar when I assured her that we hadn't received any e-mail with tracking info, and she STILL refused to correct the size before shipment was made. Now, according to Nicole, we have to wait another three days for the shipment and, when they come, we have to make another trip out to the store to return them for the correct size. Absolutely no attempt at all to offer good customer service. Or ANY customer service. This employee would benefit greatly from additional training and should certainly be supervised."
