"I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give good customer service. I ordered online, opted for curbside pick up, and called the number as instructed. A guy picked up and basically said “oh we don’t do that here, I don’t know why that’s online”. Maybe because your company expects you to? I was not prepared to get out my car as I have a young child. Imagine my surprise when I walk in and all three associates are at the register …not working. So no one could do the bare minimum for the customer and walk out my order that’s already been paid for? Then I heard, who I assumed was the manager say “I don’t know why Cody is misbehaving today”. Maybe because Cody isn’t being coached and corrected on his poor customer service? Just pitiful."
"I am a loyal customer to rack room shoes and I was very excited when you guys opened this location. I have been there and it's a chunky light skin girl who seems like she has no customer service at all and it's another who is rude all the time. I went in to get shoes for me and my kids and this girl name Kristen was so helpful and took care of me. I actually thought she worked alone cause how she handled everything. As far as who told me they are management don't seem like it. Kristen made me feel welcome as being someone not even from this city ."
