"Went shopping today. I saw a sign on the clothing racks saying if you download the Belk app, you will get a deal for today, which is 50% off. Well, I downloaded the app and got to the register to check out my 2 clothing items and was told that I could not use the online coupon because the items I had were already on sale. Belk, your coupon sign is misleading. You should not have a 50% off deal of the day sign on sale racks. Just to get people to download the app. Kohls and Target would never mislead their customers in this way. And for that reason. I am giving my experience a 1 star. I did speak to Sam, the store manager, and he apologized. However, coupons were not honored."
"Great selection of everything. The dressing rooms need some major love— some doors won’t shut properly. The floors are so nasty. I don’t think they’ve dusted in years or cleaned the doors— everything is covered in dust, lint, hair, stains on the doors from people touching them."
"I was looking for a suit coat and pants and they don’t have anyone working in the Men’s department. No one to measure or assist with finding what I needed. Just a couple of people in the jewelry area and a few cashiers. It’s no wonder why I shop online."
