Peddler Steak House

"Waiting for over a hour as we watch every other party get seated as we can see a table that could easily accommodate us, we finally were seated by the hostess who had a personality like a lime. The waitress we had was very nice not one complaint about her. My wife had the 24.95 piece of chicken that was appropriately size for a child, extremely dry that I don’t think barbecue sauce would have helped, while my daughter got chicken tenders and fries which in all honesty was more than what my wife had received lol. My food on the other hand was good (prime rib) decently sized piece but rather small portion of fries. No complaints from my son or my father in law. Needless to say for the 190 dollar bill you could have went to Texas Roadhouse and received a better meal. Looking at the menu you would think ah that’s not so bad. Until your food comes out. Atmosphere was dimly lit, little outdated. Best part of the dinner was the waitress. The rest of the place not so much."

"I got the New York strip my husband got the prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection. The waitress was on point. Fresh vegetables on the salad bar. Our sweet potatoes were so good. We will definitely eat there again."

"There is so much to say that went wrong at my stay. Which is weird because this was my first visit and my family had spoken so highly of this place. 1) We asked for a Medium Steak. Both came out over well done the first time. It took forever for the server to come back to ask for a new one and when it came out a second time, it was under done and my side was very small and didn't taste the best, but I still ate it because I didn't want to hold my party up. 2) We ordered a hot coffee and a hot tea, they came out Ice cold. When brought to the servers attention, she only brought back a tea and we never received the hot coffee. 3) Our server was very dismissive with us and almost whispered the entire time to the point we're we didn't hear her but at other tables, she spoke loud and clear and had a better approach to the guests. And she rarely came to check on us, we had to keep flashing her down. 4) They put me right up against the doors to what I assume was a party hall and I got hit by the door so many times by both guests and employees. We had to move our table about a foot or two away just so I wouldn't contributed to get hit while trying to enjoy a family dinner. Overall the salad bar was a good addition to the dinner and even though there were a few set backs throughout our meal, the family still had a decent time."

"Food was awesome! Service was great. Wife had surf & turf I had the best chicken strips I’ve ever found. Salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Mixed drinks, perfect! This place is more of a high end restaurant. So might be a bit pricey for a big family but perfect for a date night or romantic dinner for two. Please dress appropriately. It’s NOT a Denny’s lol. $135 for food + $30 tip. Well worth it"
