"When I first moved here it was fine."
"This place is full of bugs, black mold that made me and my wife sick, VERY POOR management, VERY POOR maintenance, plumbing issues, electrical issues, paint peeling off the ceiling & etc. This place is all about MONEY!!!"
"Roaches, bed bugs, violence, criminal activity, attempted child abductions, etc.... If u thinking about it just don’t. If you wanna see for yourself, drive around the property at night or even during the day... Take a look around... The apartment may be nice but trust it won’t be for long once the paint wears off and the ceiling starts falling..."
"Been almost 2weeks since I reported my air conditioning not working after calling the on call person whom ever that is because they don't identify themselves, I was told it must be more than 85 degrees outside for them to fix it. Wow it's 90 inside my unit but I guess I'll suffer through until temperatures reach 85 outside. I of course was given a corporate number to call to go over policy, however, they are only open Monday through Thursday. Come join this wonderful community where you experience such wonderful service. Worth ever penny you pay in rent."
