Residential home for children in Anderson, South Carolina

New Foundations Home For Children is a non-profit institution located at 410 East Shockley Ferry Road in Anderson, South Carolina. Our mission is to serve families and youth at-risk in the Upstate region by offering various programs and services. We operate level-3 group homes for tweens and teens who have been removed from their homes by Social Services or the Juvenile Justice system. Our Connections Foster Care program provides placements in therapeutic and non-therapeutic foster homes for children of all ages. Through our Empowering Families programs, we work with families to find resources and support in order to prevent children from being removed from their homes. All referrals to our institution come from South Carolina state agencies, and we do not accept private referrals. New Foundations is licensed through the South Carolina Department of Social Services and is nationally accredited through Social Current’s COA Accreditation. We are dedicated to providing quality care for emotionally troubled adolescents and vulnerable families. In addition to our residential programs, we also offer community services such as transportation and counseling for victims of crime.
