"What a pleasant experience having your very friendly, extremely knowledgeable service man Craig Gainey, provide our furnace maintenance for our two new systems. He called prior to the visit to inform me of his ETA and if it was satisfactory, greeting us with a big smile and his protective booties on (we had new carpeting installed, not that he knew, and on a dry day no less) and proceeded to explain what he was going to accomplish today. He patiently explained many of the technical details, something I requested in learning, and performed all his work efficiently and with genuine enthusiasm. A finer person we could not ask for to keep our home comfortable during these cold months. He is a significant asset to the Dipple organization."

He even knew who I needed to contact to finish the job because it was far from what they could do on their end. "Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is THE premier plumbing service company in Upstate South Carolina. Excellent customer service, incredibly punctual, and fair. Our water heater busted (not a cheap expense) and so my wife and I called several companies to get quotes and opinions on the matter, especially because we have a newborn in the house, and hot water is essential. Dipple was the second company that came out, and they sent Mike Gillespie and his apprentice, Riley. Talk about exceptional customer service, and pride. I was actually at work when they came out, and they made my wife (with a newborn) feel at ease. They were clear and concise as to what they were doing and what needed to be fixed, and extremely friendly and pleasant all the while. "I had a toilet emergency and had to get service after hours. The lady I spoke with was very nice and made certain I understood there would be an extra charge since it was after hours. The gentleman, Adam, came promptly and stopped the overflow. He made recommendations and mopped up the standing water. I’m going to follow up on his suggestions tomorrow. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism. Update: Eric came to replace my broken toilet with a new one. He and. his helper got here early. They removed the old toilet and put in the new one. He showed me how to turn off the water if I have another leak. I doubt that I'll need to know that, but I'm glad it will be easy. Before they left, Eric asked if I had any other plumbing problems that he could fix. So kind and unexpected. I didn't but he went above and beyond. Once again, I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism."
