"We were very happy with the prompt and complete service we received today replacing a faulty blower motor, with only a few hours wait. Ethan Dildine was very professional, neat, and polite. Even though Ethan did the repair quickly, there were several tools and blocks that I provided to make the motor replacement procedure easier, (Which I gave to him for future jobs). Hopefully all of your service techs would benefit from this. The only thing we were not completely happy with was the Cost. Thought our service contract covered some portion of service calls. Guess we should read our service contract more thoroughly."
