"This is a great apartment complex! Not only is it very modern with interior features of your unit, the complex is always kept clean. The management staff are always helpful. The apartment grounds are kept clean with the dog clean up stations at almost every corner of you forget your clean up bag for your pup. The community is very welcoming, especially in the summertime around the pool."

"I would not recommend this place at all. I lived here from July until November of 2023. The walls are super thin so you hear everything. I am not even sure if the neighbors were doing anything out of the ordinary, but you would hear everything. We were charged a monthly fee for events at the apartment. They legit only had 1 event the whole time I lived there and it was a food truck that you had to pay for. Be aware that this place is across the street from the Duke Mayonnaise factory so it smell terrible outside at least 1-2 days out the week. Lastly, they are money hungry and will charge you for everything! We are currently in the process of disputing move out charges for things that were never fixed when we moved into the apartment AND that we have documented. They tried to blame the old process on old management and make us pay as residents. They tried to charge us $200 for a cleaning fee and in our signed contract it said $175. Had to argue to get that fixed and then they still charged us for extra cleaning after we moved out. Pros of living here....right next to the interstate and decent pool."

"My move in experience was great, Jessica made it super quick and easy and also took me on a tour of my new unit. She was very helpful! So far so good, no complaints! Also very pet friendly, Bentley loves the new place too."

"I got a job in Greenville and had to make a quick move and came across The Aster. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Being that this was my first apartment and first time moving from home, my parents and I had no idea what we were looking for or what questions to ask. Fortunately we had the help of Jessica at The Aster to help us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure I got the apartment I wanted. She has been the biggest help over the last couple weeks and has made this experience so easy. Definitely recommend these apartments and the people. If you’re looking to move definitely ask for Jessica because she will make finding your perfect place a breeze."
