"DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. It’s been a nightmare. Central customer service has no idea what’s going on at local facilities. Wait times are long (usually over an hour) to try to figure out why the containers will be late on pick up and delivery. It’s been a roller coaster. The central Ohio location is the initial problem here (moving to SC) but the fact that customer service makes promises and they have no idea what’s really going on is super frustrating."

"Top notch service from Matt and Todd at the Greenville warehouse facility. I changed my plans multiple times for delivery and several warehouse access’, and a couple were last minute but these guys were more than accommodating. Very professional and couldn’t be more pleased with choosing 1-800-PackRat to facilitate my move. They even offered me ice waters, and the use of their push brooms and dustpans!"

"We ordered a container a week before we needed it. Because I'm not allowed my phone at work, we manually entered my husband's phone and email for all contacts. When we submitted the form it autofilled my number from the secondary contact. So when they called Friday, no one answered so they canceled the delivery. I called at 330 when I got off work and was told to call the corporate number because they couldn't help me at the Greenville location. I called. I was on hold over an hour and a half!!! They assured me they would have a container next day. But they didn't/couldn't talk to the facility because I'd been on hold long enough for it to close. So we picked up the flooring and prepared to move boxes into the container along with some furniture so we could do our floors the following weekend. 10 minutes before the flooring shows up, they call and tell me no container. They shouldn't have told me I could get one because the Greenville facility couldn't do it. Best possible date next Tuesday. They were unable to do anything else. And that call came late in the day. The computer glitch I get. That's on me for not realizing after we ordered what had happened. Them promising a container the next day is on them. We literally had to throw out furniture to get the flooring boxes into the house. I guess that $400+ I was spending on a container will have to go towards a new couch."
