"There was a point that I realized I should have just walked out, and not let them touch my nails anymore, but I didn't. When you first walk in, the shop looks fine. The color scheme is fun and the sitting area nice. The reception I got wasn't exact warm and fuzzy, but it wasn't rude either. My technician was nice, although I don't hear well and she's very soft spoken so conversation was hard. After she started working, I noticed that there was a lot of nail dust all over her station and that it didn't look as if she'd changed the paper towels, etc. As I really looked around, I started noticing that the whole area around and behind the nail stations was dirty and covered in nail dust. Honestly, this is when I should have left but I wasn't sure how to do it without causing a scene so I stayed. That's on me. I will say that her technique was great. She was incredibly gentle throughout the process and I hardly felt her trimming my cuticles. She also did a great job shaping my nails, although she didn't make the lengths even, and with the polish. It lasted about a week before I saw any chipping, even with gardening. Sadly I can't remember her name, but I'd go back to her - in a cleaner salon. I asked for a parafin wax treatment. DO NOT get this service done here. They use a community vat, rather than using fresh wax for each client. It's three or so weeks later as I'm writing this. I've repainted my nails since and, when I removed the polish, my nails were bright yellow from a fungal infection! It's pretty far down on the nail too, so the doctor says it'll take months to fully treat. My nails are also tingling, which I didn't know was one of the symptoms or I'd have had it looked at sooner. I wouldn't recommend this mail salon to anyone, and am honestly surprised they haven't been dinged for any health code violations. Lesson learned, if my gut says "run", I'll do just that."

"It was my very first time ever having my nails done at all and it was such an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and hilarious, everything was very clean, there wasn't a long wait, and I just thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. There are so many options and the lady that did my nails helped me walk through my decisions about my nails. my nails are beautiful she did a wonderful job and I will be coming back again and again. I highly recommend this place to anybody with a good sense of humor. I was nervous because people had told me that getting fake nails hurts, she was very gentle and nothing was even uncomfortable about getting these nails put on."
