"These people know how to build a pool. They build a lot of pools, yet they give each customer attention to make sure they do a quality job in a satisfying manner. They have been in business a long time, and have well trained employees. It starts with the design process. We met with Harry, who talked with us about what we wanted and budgets. Then Harry visited our site for sizing, placement, and just to make sure of the big picture. We had never built a pool before, so Harry’s guidance was much appreciated. We decided on a vinyl liner pool. We then worked through the details in his office and made a deposit. Soon after, he gave us a construction start date. Each Aqua-Blue team (digging, concrete pouring, backfill, liner, etc.) knows their specialty. Whenever there was work going on at our house, there was someone who could talk with us about what they were doing, and answer any questions. Furthermore, if we didn’t understand something, or wanted to make some adjustment, we just contacted Harry and he took care of it promptly. There were some delays due to weather. Aqua-Blue’s policy is to work on pools and complete pools in the order they are started, so if weather is an issue, don’t worry about someone else getting ahead of you just because they are special in some way. Expect a mess at the construction site for a while. That is unavoidable and just part of the deal to build an in-ground pool. There were no cost overruns, and in fact the final charges were less than the original estimate. Concurrent with pool construction we had an outdoor kitchen built by a contractor recommended by Aqua-Blue, who coordinated timing for that work to be finished shortly after the pool was finished. The end result was a beautiful pool with a completely new outdoor living space. Visitors are impressed by how nice it looks, and we are too! I would recommend Aqua-Blue to anyone in the area building a pool."

"We highly recommend Aqua Blue Pools! This is the second pool build we have been through. The first build was in 2008 in Georgia and we put in a freeform Pebble Tec Gunite/Shotcrete pool installed by Atlanta Pools which we enjoyed until moving to South Carolina in 2022. After interviewing a number of pool companies, we decided on Aqua Blue Pools in Taylors. From day 1, it was clear that Harry Booth (our pool designer) and his team had a well defined process and very happy clients. Harry gave us all the options, and the option we chose is a 3' - 8' salt water "Hybrid" which is 10" concrete walls then a finish which is a Latham luxury vinyl liner including padding between the concrete walls and the liner and padding on the steps and tanning ledge plus travertine coping and spraydeck coating on the pool deck to keep it cool even in direct sun. The end result is a pool that we like even more than our first pool including the super quiet main filter and heater/chiller. An important part of the project for me was "no surprises". Harry was very careful to set expectations and show us what would happen in each step along the way. Anytime you go through a pool build, the weather is always a factor in terms of how fast the project can be done... Harry and his team kept us informed and everyone who came on site was very professional and hard working.
