"Called and explained my situation that my step-daughter’s father and I need to speak with her doctor regarding her disorders and medication seeing as how we are getting custody of her. They made an appointment. When we arrived they asked where my step- daughter was. We explained the situation again actually for the third time. A lady said we could have just had the doctor call us. (Really we took off work for this) but now they can put us in a room and charge us for being there. So another lady came out. I said so we will just have the doctor call us then because it doesn’t make sense to be charged for something a phone call can do for free. (Not to mention our time we just lost and money because the lady who answered the phone couldn’t do her job correctly) so now this lady is telling us that we will be billed whether it’s a phone call or appointment. It’s the policy for Musc! So they just don’t even care about the child in this situation. Horrible horrible people!!!!"
"We switched to Sea Island Pediatrics from another office and have been so happy with our decision! They take the time to listen and care for my daughter. The doctors and nurse practitioner are so kind and knowledgeable and I always feel like my daughter is in good hands with them. After one bad experience after another at her previous provider, it’s a relief to have a pediatrician office to trust."

"Dr. Tim and Dr. Karen are always so great with my kids! Dr Karen has great secret tricks/ little games that my son loves to play and be entertained by. And Dr. Tim always makes my kids laugh with his silly jokes! My son and daughter always feel so welcome and excited when headed to the doctors office (yes, even if it is for shots). They are always comforted and cared for by the doctors and staff! Nurses are great, and genuinely care for their patients. The front staff are always helpful with appointments and trying to accomodate if possible. Great office!"
