"They will be building our pool this winter. Update to follow. Great staff to work with so far! Update... Do not use Year Round for weekly maintenance. They will quote you an estimate for chemicals and ends up costing more than 3 times the estimate. Every department is a total separate unit and no one talks to the others. I'm still working through the hoops for an answer to why this is but I'm not expecting an answer anytime soon. Another update will follow if I ever hear back from them."

"We went into Year Round Pool in Bluffton to look at hot tubs. We did not have much knowledge or experience of the different kinds of hot tubs. Danielle was amazing at explaining (and sometimes the same concept multiple times) to really ensure we knew the differences. She also then made recommendations based on our needs and family size. I did not feel pressured at all and that she was truly making recommendations that were best for our family. Delivery and installation went good and Danielle came out the next day to show us how everything works. Any questions we have had since installation Danielle has been quick to assist with. I would highly recommend Year Round Pool to others."

"Do yourself a favor,Do not buy anything from this company!!! In January of 2019 I purchased a $400.00 pool pump.Upon delivery in the winter, I put the box in the garage.Yesterday I opened the box to install and discoved concealed damage probably due to transit.The motor was damaged.Mr.Richard Morrow,the owner said he would send me a replacement plastic motor cover.Upon unscrewing the motor cover I discovered that the motor metal casting that secures the electrical connection was broken off. Their response was that we only guarantee the purchase for 30 days! Shame on me for not opening the box in January! Now I am screwed for $400.00."
