"Gaston Pools was hired to renovate my aged gunite pool. Ben with Gaston Pools supplied materials but contracted all labor to another pool company. The job entailed sandblasting, re-plastering, and replacing tile. The initial quality was fair at best. Now, after 1 year the plaster is chipping. Ben did not register my warranty with Krystalkrete nor did he provide me with warranty documentation. I've left two voicemails and an Email without response."
