"I have previously had good experiences with this sonic so imagine my surprise, after waiting 20 minutes for a large mozzarella sticks, cherry limeade and kid's meal, to have raw food. The mozzarella sticks still had the batter on them and were cold. I sent in a message to let them know there was an issue and they offered me a coupon for a small mozzarella sticks with the purchase of another item. Lol. Like that is helpful or something. I figured I should at least warn other people to check their food before they leave the parking lot."
"How does Sonic not have ice-cream?!? This is the second time i have been to this Sonic. Last year i had the same dissappointment. Love Sonic food and milkshakes.. How about get a backup milkshake machine."
"I got a small heath blast and my boyfriend got a medium brownie blast. There was only a tiny amount of heath on top and zero mixed in. I dug for it and not even tiny remnants of heath existed in the ice cream, and it’s the exact way for my boyfriends too. Can’t believe we spent $13 for low quality plain vanilla soft serve. What a joke."
