"I do not recommend if you need Botox for headaches/migraines. They will not buy and bill your insurance. Many other doctors will do this. I wasted months…all while being in pain. I don’t think they care. They only blame the VA but will not take any personal blame."

Dr. Owens and the physician assistants have worked with me to do everything possible to make certain that I remain mobile and that my pain levels are tolerable. Everyone inside of Caroline Pain Physicians have been friendly and I would recommend them to anyone with a back injury, etc."

"I am very disappointed with how I have been treated by this place. I cannot get the manager to call me back after speaking to her at great lengths and leaving several messages for her. I have wasted so much money paying co-pays and I still do not have a straight answer on what my results are from my x-rays and MRIs and what the next steps are supposed to be. I asked to speak to the doctor (whom I have only met once during consultation) but the nurses always tell me he is not available; so I ask my questions to the nurses. They never have answers so I end up leaving the appointment confused and with no answers, then I have to pay another co-pay to get those questions answered which brings up more questions and I have to pay another co-pay to get my new questions answered (it's a vicious cycle). As of today, I am still waiting for management to call me back like she said she would. I refuse to pay another co-pay just to keep getting the run-around."

"The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I can't give them 10. From the moment you walk in from the front desk, the medical techs, the PA, all are excellent, professional, caring, and polite. Then you get to see Dr Owens. I call him Dr Houdini, because I go there and he makes my pain disappear. I strongly recommend this practice without any reservation or hesitation."

"Dr. Tony Owens, and staff are completely amazing! I’ve been going there for years. My sciatica hates when I go see them. Because it’s going to lose the battle every time. They take great care, and are genuinely concerned about me as a human-being. I’m so blessed to have found them! I’ve had injections in my lumbar area, as well as nerve ablations. I can’t imagine considering going elsewhere for my treatments. Update 6-27-2023: Office staff seems to always be on the phone “assisting other patients” according to the greeting that I have been getting for the past 3 business days that I’ve been making an appointment. I am not always available to receive phone calls, so leaving a message would be pointless. Whenever I go for my appointments, I’ve never seen less than 3 employees at the front desk. Not sure why nobody NEVER answers when I’m calling. My original review was 5-stars. Minus one star for lack of patient phone call access now."
