"Rented through Vacasa. Wifi never worked, so had to use neighbors. No person on-site to troubleshoot. Condo was not spic and span clean. Liked location but be advised that it is beside a bridge so motorcycles are loud!"
"Came down on vacation with the family and decided to stay at this location. They don't have a front desk attendant or host, but they do have a security officer. Drake was professional, courteous and a phenomenal individual. He watches over the property providing security. The main door is locked and an entry code is provided upon booking to access the lobby when you arrive. Instead of keys or cards a pin code is used to get into your room. If you have issues there are numbers that you can call to sms text or speak with a person to resolve them. It's close to Cherry Grove with it being only a four minute drive away, affordable prices, marina with boats you can rent. I would suggest that anyone looking for a good family friendly place to check out HarborGate."

"We rented Unit 0124 through Vacasa. Beautiful marina location that's a 5 minute drive from the beach and US 17. Seamless check in and check out. Lovely, well appointed condo with full kitchen and washer/dryer. We loved our experience there."
"The condo was nice except the furniture is worn out. If you sit on the bed much less attempt to sleep on it. The mattress squeaks with any movement. The mattress pad and mattress look worn out!!! Tried to sleep on the couch which was also very uncomfortable even to sit on. The outdoor furniture need a good cleaning and found mold on one of the shower curtains. On the surface, thought it was fairly clean, but found dust all over the fake plants. Not satisfied with the accommodations, NEVER saw anyone working at the front desk!! The view of the marina was nice, truly needs a furniture upgrade."
