"Contact this person on Facebook about the and asked this groomers about her ; hour and that opened at 7 am and leaves when finished with the dogs for the day . Arrived at 7:30 am only to be told that the groomer did not would arrive until least 8 am ; this person clearly has to busy and need anymore."
"I am new to the area and needed to get my dogs nails clipped. I found this place via Google maps. Google said they were open until 6pm. We went there about 3:30pm and they were closed. I found her Facebook page and messaged her asking what her actual hours were. I was told that she opens at 7:00am and leaves when the dogs are done. We went back at 7:30 the next morning, only to be told that the owner/groomer would not be in for another hour. I was not told that in the message she sent me. According to her worker, she always comes in late and is the only one who can do nails. I appreciate her worker apologizing, but she shouldn't have to for her unprofessional employer's behavior. This lady clearly has to much business and doesn't want anymore."
"When I saw I have a super spoiled, clingy little rescue dog who needed some extra love for grooming that is an understatement. Brooke and her team not only were super accommodating to my crazy schedule but compassionate, I just moved to the area and was very hesitant to take my little guy to just anyone however from moment I walked in they made me feel like part of the family. Great job with both me and Enzo! He looks great!"
"Took my 2 pitties in for a bath and nail trim. They are very friendly and professional and will definitely be going back. My dogs looked great and were taken very good care of."
