"I went in to careteam after moving up here before my schooling and went here to ask them a personal question about testing and when I went in there the ladies in the front told me that if I have no insurance it’ll be 95$ or 105$ for service. While I was there the staff walked me through what was necessary and encouraged me to get the extra tests aswell (me thinking that it was included in the 100$) accepted it. I asked them SPECIFICALLY because I don’t have a lot of money but I wanted to get looked at. I WOULDVE NEVER CAME if I knew I was gonna get a bill in the mail for 1300$.all I wanted was to get looked at I should’ve ordered the kit from cvs or something. I’m 22 years old. They didn’t even inform me that this is the aftermath of work, not only did they not tell me any of this but now I’m the one stuck with a bill ON TOP of that the medicine I used CORRECTLY by the instructions of staff and documentation didn’t work and still have the problem I initially came in for . I was always warned about stuff like this but called around to multiple places and thought I could trust the people at this company. If you’re trying to get simple checks or just to get looked at DONT come to these people. They lied and the front desk people wont let me talk to anyone to help me about this. They just keep putting me on hold then the line disconnects. I’d give it a zero star if I could."
