"Customer service is not at all what it used to be. I used to brag about summit adventure to other adult friends and recommend as a place to take their kiddos. Tonight, after our plans plummeted with something else we resorted to summit as a back up, yes it was 9 pm we were aware of the time. When we came in the girl at the counter with the colored hair kept her back to us and wouldn't greet us. She was speaking to another Co worker and they quickly walked off to the back. The only reason she spoke is because we said " excuse me" and as she was rushing off she replied " hold on yall " ...she came back and started doing what looked like inventory so I said excuse me again. She said " yeah idk if I can take anyone after 9 we are checking with management. We have been members since summit opened with 4 memberships for out kids. The manager came out and was obviously bothered that we were there, she had an off set attitude saying " so your members? Are you buying anything ? Concessions are closed" yes ma'am we understand. We would just like to purchase socks and let our kiddos jump off some energy. She scoffed, we both caught her rolling her eyes as she asked for our name. " well it'll be x amount for each ..." yes ma'am, and 4 pairs of socks please. I have never been treated like this here. My children even felt as if we were inconveniencing her."

"A month ago I would have given this place 5 stars. However, it seems to be different all of a sudden. Less friendly and the hours have changed which were a major disappointment. It was the perfect place during the week for the toddlers. They have changed their hours to opening at noon.. Toddlers nap at noon and most older kids are at school now. So I'm not sure who they are marketing to with their 12pm open time during the week. Seems like such a big loss on their business. Hope that the 10am open time will be reconsidered soon so that we are able to keep our membership and play during the week."

"Absolutely love this place. It's reasonably priced and even I jump with my kids it's such a good time! Only jump place we go to now. The monthly membership is so worth it! Kids LOVEEEEE this place. Ps. Staff is amazing! My boys absolutely love them."

"This place was so much fun! My kids, ages 4 and 6, had a wonderful time. Weekday mornings are not crowded and I was able to sit and chill while the kids played. Lots of picnic tables for parents to sit. Snacks and drinks are available at the front desk. I probably wouldn't bring a child under 2, though. Ages 3-12 seems like the most appropriate age for this place. They have tons of trampolines, a dodge ball area, ball pit, a "wipeout" arena, balance beams with a foam pit below, a giant airbag to jump on, etc. We didn’t do a membership yet, but it seems like a great deal."
