"Went to this site tonight for my 6:00, 5 min. Appointment (drop off) and was greeted by a very rude employee who shouted in a gruff tone, “do you have an appointment” I said yes for 6:00 and states my name. He replied, well you going to have to wait 45-60 mins. I responded, then why do I have an appointment? He barked back, “I’M BEHIND”. I said okay, never mind and left. I would have gladly waited the 45 mins. If he had spoken to me in a professional manner and apologized for the wait. Instead, he was unprofessional, acting like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to wait 60 min. Thanks, but no thanks, made an appointment at H&R Block tomorrow. Consider going somewhere else."

"I made an online appointment for the Little River SC location on Monday for Thursday. I called multiple times/days before the appointment to confirm it using the listed number (at least 4 times) and no one ever answered. I arrived Thursday and an employee who had clients stated he was sorry for the lack of response but that I didn't have an appointment. He said he could take me in about one hour and said the number is a call service. I told him that this didn't instill any confidence in their ability to work on my taxes and left. I went home and called their competitor who quickly answered their phone and scheduled an appointment for me the next day. This is just a total lack of professionalism and service for any company. Oh and it was pouring rain at the time. In response to my review you asked me was to call your 800 number which I did. I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes to speak to a care person. Good Job with this also.... I now give you zero stars"
