"I had a retainer made for my lower teeth and the process couldn’t have been easier. Back in the day you would have to bite down into a tray filled with this gooey, nasty tasting putty-like substance and hold it in your mouth for like 7 min. It was uncomfortable and you had to suppress the gag reflex. No more. Thanks to technology the assistant simply scans your teeth. The scanner creates a mold. They send it to the lab and voila, it’s ready. The dental assistant explained the whole process and Dr. Collier could have been nicer. She showed a real interest in me as a person and a patient. Excellent dentistry with a smile."
