"This place obviously is very popular and makes tons of money. My wife and I came in to buy some poles and gear to go fishing. When we entered the store the 2 kids behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. We went around to the gear and still nothing so I decided we wouldn't spend our money here. Had to drive a bit further,but we ending up spending little over $300 with someone that at very least pretended like they wanted our money. Each year we come back to the island it was my first and last time to ever enter this store."
"My family and I tried this place out while on vacation and I would suggest that work be put into improving this business' customer service. We rented some of the equipment and one of the items was a bike trailer. When i inspected it, I "DID NOT LIKE" the condition it was in. I felt it was not clean enough for my child to ride in, so I asked a guy that was working with the equipment, outside, if I could replace that one with a clean one. He was nice and agreed to find a replacement. Soon after he walked off to fulfill my request a woman walked over inquiring about the situation. I'm not sure if she was the manger, owner or what her position was, but I do know that I "DID NOT LIKE" some of the things she said when she was speaking to me. I let her know about the issue and her response left me feeling like she couldn't care less about the condition of the trailer and the fact that we wanted it for our child (A CHILD!) to ride in and that my family and I should be grateful that we are even getting to use the equipment. Bike rental service is a dime a dozen in that area...this business won't get my dime again!!"
"This shop is noteworthy. The most notable thing about the shop is the excellent customer service you’ll get from IKE. This shop has everything you need and IKE is more than happy to offer great suggestions for tackle and bait. He is very knowledgeable about great fishing places around the island. Be sure to stop by."
