"I submitted a physically large online order in the morning, to pick up in the afternoon. Thinking that it would be useful for the store to have as much time as it needed. I got stuck in several layers of traffic and was an hour past my designated pick up time. When I got to the store, the customer service desk didn't have my order. The people in garden were, more or less, surprised to have an order like this come through. And now, I'm waiting. The kicker is at the customer service desk, they have a sign that says "online reviews at 100% positive"."
