"Rented an RV space for several months that was a challenge to park into, but until yesterday I could get in and out. Yesterday I pulled in and there were several cars parked directly across from my space preventing me from backing in. I called the number but no one answered. Today I called and asked for a refund, because I had to find another location to park and they had prevented me from parking in my space. I was told I would not be getting a refund because I had accessed the site during this month (yesterday)....unbelievable!"
