"This penthouse was amazing. The view of the ocean at sunrise was so beautiful. We booked it last minute and Kay was on top of sending us all the necessary information to check-in immediately. The penthouse has three bedroom suites and three balconies. It was clean and in a safe area. There are really good restaurants in the area within walking distances. You will be happy you choose this beautiful unit. We will return. Thank you Kay for helping make this trip wonderful and relaxing."

"This review is based on my (and my wifes) personal experience with Casago Myrtle Beach property "The Palace" unit 1001. Casago Myrtle Beach was very good at communicating everything every step of the way. We booked via Airbnb. We had one instance where they contacted us because they received an alert to replace the batteries in the door lock. They had someone there within about 30 minutes. As for the property they managed...The Palace Resort... I'll start w/ the good followed by any negative things pertaining to that part. View/balcony: 10th floor unit w/ a perfect view of the ocean. Deck/balcony is quite small and very dirty. A sometimes nauseating smell of Marijuana coming from a nearby unit (next door or below) 5 stars for the view alone. The Bed: King size fairly low bed w/ a pretty comfortable mattress. The bed frame however did bow in the center of the bed making each of us roll to the center. Ample pillows but don't remove the pillowcase if you don't want to see how stained the pillows themselves are. Bed comfort 4/5 Bed Cleanliness 2/5 Kitchen: Basic needs were there for cooking and eating but 2/4 burners (both rear) on stove do not work and the oven cooks oddly. We didn't use the coffee pot as we always bring our small Keurig. Basic 2 slice toaster worked. Beside the stove looks to not have been cleaned in a long time. We sharpened the knives. 4/5 Stars Room & Bathroom were functional & mostly clean. 4/5 stars"

"We had a great stay! The house was clean and as advertised. This was our first time to stay in a home vs condo. The parking was fantastic and our own outside space for our bikes and hanging out was amazing. I had a few questions and Angela was quick to respond with the information! We will definitely book again!"
