"It is very classy and clean. The pools are kept up and clean. The grounds are fabulously kept. Not far to walk to the beach if you're in the condos. The beds are very comfortable, and pillows are as well. Place was immaculate when we showed up. I am very pleased with our experience here. Will definitely stay here agian."

"Great customer service. There was no Wi-Fi password in the condo and they contacted the owner and for back to me in 10 minutes. The unit I stayed in (Shoreham Towers II) was immaculate. It was also beautifully decorated with an incredible view. Going to Myrtle Beach? Definitely go here to find a great place at a great price Thank you!"

"Rented a room at Prince Resort owned by Carolina Resorts Realty. Great views from the room of the ocean but the room was falling apart and trashy compared to rooms owned by Prince Resort. Sort of felt scammed because the room quality was like a motel compared to the other rooms. The walls haven’t been repainted maybe ever and are covered in splatter marks, dirt, and grease. The tub and sinks are stained from neglect and room had an overwhelming aroma or smell of wet mold and mildew that wasn’t in other Prince owned rooms. Seems like the owner knew about this and is just renting it out in this condition and making excuses. Would not rent through this company again. Poor experience."

"Booked on VRBO for $1400 and some change, my card was immediately charged for $1200 and some change. I was sent multiple times a day an automated email to sign a rental agreement, read through the email and it states in BIG BLACK BOLD lettering you agree to pay $1500 damage security deposit with no information of refund date. I thought WHOOAA, that was Never listed on VRBO... look back again I see nothing of this stated amount or anything about having to sign an agreement. I send an email to Carolina Resorts asking when this security deposit will be refunded , the response was “ this is something we pay for each reservation, there is no refund.” Super sketchy, I looked On Their website under rental policy and it states only $500 for a damage deposit... again sketchy, so I call and ask when will the $1500 deposit be refunded ,they said “we don’t do that, we don’t take your card or hold money, but you need to sign that rental agreement!” In total this condo would of been almost $3000 but listed on VRBO for only $1400 ... beware of this listing ! And per their policy i only got a 50% refund even without signing the contract!!!! So glad I read through all the information and was able to get some of my money back ."

"Horrible, horrible, experience. How anyone has anything good to say about Kieth or the staff at Carolina Resorts Realty is mind blowing. Kieth is refusing to call me back and I have contacted his staff about it 5-6 times over the last month. Just a classless and selfish act by keeping10% of our reservation after we couldn’t travel due to covid-19. I highly recommend against using this company. They have no morals and they were awful to deal with. Very sketchy and shady company to deal with."
