"Tried scheduling an appointment on Tuesday, May 9th. The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and arrogant when I asked if they took TriCare. She said yes but I’d need my Dr to call and add and authorization for my insurance. When I asked for clarification as to what to ask for she was super arrogant. To avoid confusion of what was needed I had my MUSC spinal dr’s office manager contact your office, only to find out at my follow up appointment that said person that she spoke too was super rude to her as well. Not sure who ruined her morning, but you lost a military family’s business, and I didn’t even make it through the door."
