"Update: The operations manager Kimberly reached out and resolved the issues promptly, which is much appreciated. Therapist is wonderful, but due to a mess up with the billing department, instead of calling and saying this one therapist doesn't take his insurance immediately (there was no issue when it was submitted), they instead continued service. Then, after owing a substantial amount of money, they had the therapist tell him at the end of his session. Plenty of time for billing to call at any point, but it is not the therapist's job to talk to you about the bill nor is it appropriate to go hey now you owe us more money afterwards. At least say it before adding another out of pocket charge. Very unprofessional."
