"Having seen Ignacio Capllonch, Steve Vick, Rick Roufus and Sage Northcutt fight, I decided to pay a visit to train directly with Master Hall in June '21 at the Dojang. I was a little skeptical that Taekwon-Do may not be a right fit' for me, having trained with the KUGB in Durham, England and Carolina Isshinryu in Indian Land/Monroe. The TKD taught here follows the syllabus directed by the original founder of TKD - General Choi Hong Hi (ITF-TKD). Master Hall has me on a flexible training plan, which includes warm up, stances, breathing exercises, conditioning and basics. We are instructed to use proper techniques, which we put to good use in the pad/bag work, boxing, self defense section of each training class. Adult classes are specifically for Adults. Training is conducted in a very large, fully air conditioned basement. Master Hall is a courteous, patient instructor who will go over the whys and the hows of techniques etc. The 5 Tenets are recited here - courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. I would highly recommend anyone to try Taekwon-Do."
