Poor communication, the staff was very unhelpful, l was in an environment that as if l didn't belong there,l felt out of place when l walked in the office, the service they gave me was less than wounded animal seeking help. I would never recommend them to a bum off the street!!!!!!!"

"I’ve been going to Low Country Spine & Sport for almost a year. I’ve had herniated discs in my neck for over 15 years. However, when I was living in NY, in the past, when the pain flared up, it would last a month or so. I’d go to a chiropractor for a few weeks; and then I wouldn’t have any problems for 6 months. Fast forward. My family moved to Bluffton over 3-½ years ago. My husband has spinal stenosis. Two years ago, he started going to Low Country Spine & Sports. The compassion he exhibited for me…for ME…a person he’d just met was evident… in his voice….in his eyes. He looked at ME! I wasn’t cattle. I was a human being! He spent as much time with me that I needed. "Dr. Batson has rescued me several times from back/hip pain with epidural shots! He is knowledgeable and compassionate and takes the time to listen - and performs the procedure expertly. Tarwanda was excellent at the front desk (as are all of them) and Kinsey on the medical team made me feel so relaxed. It's always a wonderful experience and outcome. I am truly grateful."
