However his assistant the day of the surgery was very rude and insulting and intrusive into my personal life with no problem injecting her opinions as to the kind of person she thought I am. Very unprofessional. But on a whole this is a very good place to come for all your dermatology needs."

"This practice leaves a lot to be desired. I went to my first appointment, with all of my paperwork filled out in advance, along with doing a check in online, prior to arriving. I had to wait an hour before they called me back to see the doctor. once they put me in a room, the assistant started asking me the same questions that I had already filled out, on my paperwork. A few minutes later, another girl came into the room and handed the assistant my paperwork, saying she didn’t have a chance to enter my information before I was sent back to the room. I arrived early so she had more than an hour to get my information into the system. So then the assistant proceeded to ask the questions that I had already spent time on filling out. I told her everything she needed to know was right there in my paperwork. They have plenty of staff, so there was no excuse for not having entered my information. The doctor was very nice, but not thorough. My appointment was for a full body check. The doctor asked me to point out the problem spots and then stopped at that. I told her I wanted to be checked all over. She did not use any type of magnifying glasses. She just looked me over with her naked eye. She did not check my scalp or ears. When I pointed out some areas of concern, she had to borrow a magnifying glass, from another doctor, to look at them. The last time I went to a dermatologist, my entire body was checked over with magnifying glasses. This was not a thorough exam at all. If you are late, they will cancel your appointment and charge you $50. If you get tired of waiting for them to call you back and need to leave, they will charge you $50. Supposedly, they have a four hour window, after your arrival, to see you. So, if you don’t wait, at least four hours, you cannot leave without being charged. They also charge you to use a credit card. This is something that the business should have to pay for, not the patient. This practice was bought out by a large corporation, so there are lots of rules, and no flexibility. I will not be returning. This place is run like a factory."
