Beaufort Pediatrics

"I had to check my children out of school. I was on time for my kids appointments and I had to update information on the phreesia system. Beaufort Pediatrics told me that I had to reschedule both of their appointments. I was told I didn’t fill the system application in a timely manner. (No one is in the waiting room at this time either) I asked because I was only two minutes off from actually having it in. We all have colds and headaches. Can my kids still see the doctor. She told me no. I’m still asking questions not raising my voice. She threatens to call the police in front of my children. For asking questions and trying to at-least get an excuse for school. Now they are billing their insurance for a no call, no show. They will also only allow one kid to be seen. I hardly come to this office. The last time we had a visit was like 7 months ago. Shouldn’t they at least considered me being late a couple more time before sending such a letter."

"I’ve been twice this month to see Dr. (Kimberly) Martin. She’s amazingly attentive and patient! You can really tell that she cares and she wants to ensure you get all that you need for your children."

"Called about a SAME day sick visit this morning. Was told that the schedule is completely booked. . . In my experience, you make room on the schedule for same day sick visits. She referred us to BMH and basically hung up on me after saying Good Luck. How unprofessional and rude. This office is our PCP and I was gaffed off and so was he. Do better."

"The office manager nichol is so nasty needs to be terminated she hung up the phone at least 3 times and is extremely unprofessional in her job. I would not bring any kids here there office musc is better option absolutely unprofessional."

"I have had nothing but issues with getting responses from the front desk or providers. For example, called earlier this month to schedule my sons 6 months appointment. And they informed me who was not due for a appointment. So I waited. I had a medical issue today and called to leave a message to my provider, and was informed they could not with out seeing us in office. Okay cool, please schedule. (After scheduling - with the lady who was very unpleasant on the phone) she also took my message. Holli Wilkerson's nurse then called me back to inform me they would have to see him in office. She was very snarky on the phone, I said I might just need to find a new ped because this is not the first issue I have had. (I have had many with the front desk staff with my daughter) and the nurse said "that's a great idea". I could not be more disappointed in a medical team. Let alone a team who is caring for young children."
