"DR Kelly tried to get in contact with them for 90 days after the visit to get cpac machine, and they don't return calls or anything unless they are billing the VA for something! horrible!!!! They could care less about helping you or anyone."
"On September 28th I had an appointment with Dr. Kelly. I got there 15mins before as instructed. I then waited in the waiting room for 30mins before I went back to a room. Once in the room I had to wait an additional 45m8ns to be seen. The length of time spent with Dr. Kelly was about 5-10 mins. He then referred me to have a sleep study that I had to initiate communication with. Sleepworks was booked out until December, I was then reclschedualed to January 17th. Today (January 2nd) My sleep study was canceled because Dr. Kelly and company never sent my referral over. So Dr. Kelly, Tidewater Neurology, and Sleepworks have wasted 5 months of my time. Unprofessional from the start and I should have known better. I'll be reaching out to my Primary to start this whole process over again with someone else."
"Dr. Bolen has amazing bedside manner and really cares about making sure his patients get to the root cause of their complaints. He explains diagnoses well while leaving room for any questions you may have. I would recommend him to anyone! The front desk staff are always polite and easy to get in touch with in regards to appointments and insurance questions."
"Even though I wasn’t Seen till an hour past my scheduled time (I understand things happen and I have patience) others may not be able to be there that long when there expecting a 20-30 min appointment. The professionalism of the staff made up for it. Kelly was very knowledgable on my situation and look forward to my follow up with them."
"There was a little communication error with my appointment, but otherwise the staff and Dr. Kelly were amazing. The wait times can vary depending on what you are there for. My experience with receiving my Botox Injections here were quick with a little pain which is to be expected."
