"A package attempt was made at my house but my puppy was out. No re attempt was made . No note in the mailbox. I would have never known my package was available if I had had the sender check on it. I have seen my mailman since the attempt and he has not spoken a word of my package . The post master really needs to check on this post office"
"There’s obviously people that work there that don’t like their job and they project it onto other people by deliberately not doing their job .. if you can’t do your job why are you working there? If you don’t like your job why are you working there? Find something that makes you happy and quit letting people down that depend on you."
"I totally understand the post office is understaffed and maybe packages will be late. That being said this past week alone we are missing two packages that said they were put in our parcel locker.( we have a community mailbox). I don’t understand the constant putting in wrong box? Our house numbers are on the inside door. I do receive packages that are sent through FedEx and UPS so this is a problem of this post office. Our neighbors are always missing packages, unfortunately it’s hard to get your money back when it says your package was delivered."
"If I could put a zero review I would. Several times in the last month we have had packages not delivered. If it wasn’t for me checking tracking I wouldn’t even know they were supposed to be delivered because they are leaving no notice in the mailbox saying package undeliverable. That is until a WEEK lasted with a final notice to pick up. Which wouldn’t be an issue if this post office didn’t have the most ridiculous hours. Most people work an 8-5 including my house hold so 9-1 and 2-4 is ridiculous. Finally find out that the “reason” they aren’t delivering is due to dogs which is rich considering I know for a fact the last two package deliveries we had our dogs were locked up. It’s nice to see that the FedEx (both large and small truck), UPS truck and Amazon have no problem delivering but USPS not so much. I will say our old delivery driver was great, problems didn’t start until someone else took over."
