"The mail carrier has destroyed my yard driving through it. I have a long driveway with plenty of room to turnaround. I saw the lady and asked very politely if she could pass on not to drive through my yard and she became very defensive and argumentative. I told her I had video footage but was choosing not to handle it that way and asked her to simply not do it again. I guess I’m gong to have to file a claim because the carrier cannot accept that she messed up. Making excuses why she could not turnaround and essentially lying is not comforting considering that is who is responsible for our mail. You simply cannot reason with people who already lack morals to begin with. UPDATE!! After I asked them not to drive thru driveway, the carrier spitefully withheld my mail and refused to deliver the packages. Stating my driveway would cause damage to her vehicle. However; my driveway has been the same for 3 years and never one single complaint from any postal carrier. This is what you are dealing with. Be careful. Another update 2/3/2024 - I am not receiving GOV mail that the system showed had correct address. I also received multiple packages from other carriers this week and today, the problematic carrier chose not to deliver a small package stating my property is not accessible which is a lie and we have cameras to prove she did not even attempt the delivery. They are mishandling mail which is a federal offense and I will prosecute."

"I have repeatedly tried to call the post office no one ever answers. Worst of all there is no way to leave a message.My packages are never delivered to the correct location. I hope that someone will improve this location delivery services as well as their customer service ! I sure hope that the other post offices run better than this one ! New Update: This post office seriously left a note saying they could not deliver my package because the mailbox was full . It was cat litter that will never fit in a mail box . Meanwhile, UPS man has delivered two packages to the same house ! No one answers the phone at the post office and there is still no way to leave a message !"

"Update 11/14/23 I sent out a form request for a duplicate copy of my diploma for a job on Oct 24th. It should have arrived in TN by this time. But after emailing the Department it was sent to, I have been told they did not receive it. This is ANOTHER incident of mail not making it to its destination between the time it enters the mailbox and the carrier is supposed to pick it up. Where did my form and money order go? It has not been cashed, I checked that. What joy does our carrier get from "losing" our mail? What is their problem with us? As one can see from the numerous reviews here, something very unprofessional is going on with the local post office. Whether it is a management problem or a carrier problem it needs to be fixed. ------------------------------------ I sent out a time sensitive piece of mail on the 9th of January. After calling to follow up with the recipient it never made it to its location. Some how it was lost to the abyss. This isnt the first time this has happened either. If you cannot put faith in the postal service to do their job what use are they to the public?"

"I have had important paperwork in the mail for seven days now. I have not received mail in seven days. The mail carrier delivers if they feel like it, the office does not answer the phone. For seven days my flag has been up indicating I have outbound mail. I'm contacting the postmaster. Edit on 06/22/23: Again, another week of no mail, despite knowing mail was coming this week. The neighborhood is getting their mail once a week at best. Yall need some help up there? Plenty of people looking for jobs, maybe it's time to replace the staff at this location."
