"I don’t usually comment on fast food stores. However, I have stopped at this Jimmy John’s several times over the past few months. Each time I have had the same experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous, and eager to serve the customer. Probably the best, Jimmy John’s I have been to within three states. The store is clean and new; the prices are reasonable; and, as I said, they have a great staff. Stop by, give them a chance, I don’t think you will be disappointed!"

"usually go to the small local deli right across the street from jimmy johns in little river, SC. so I asked for the 8 inch roast beef with mayo only. got home and opened my sandwich and there was only 2small slices of roast beef. I paid $7.29. i was very annoyed and extremely disappointed. I will not go there again! Definitely not worth it! ***I posted a picture to show you what I got. *** I also posted a copy of the response that I got when I made the complaint."
