"African American woman working the drive thru had a horrible attitude. Makes the business look bad, was not friendly. I would recommend skipping this specific spot for another if you are able to. Wearing shoe wear which isn’t authorized in store either, not sure how this individual is upholding any standards for a customer service based job that serves the PUBLIC."

"Facility was absolutely disgusting. Had to wipe off the seats ourselves. The main issue was the service. Some older looking woman attended to us. We had to ask for sprinkles for our child’s ice cream 5 times. My wife and I were going to ask for something for ourselves but we were handed out daughter’s ice cream and the worker walked off. No thank you when we checked out. I even said ‘Thank you’ as I paid and she was more interested in carrying on a conversation with her fellow employees and a friend who walked in the door. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had in a business. Absolute worst. The owner ought to be ashamed. I would recommend people go ANYWHERE else."

"Staff was super friendly. With no air conditioning in the building they were very polite and quick to fill my order. Sonny and Amanda my hat is off to you! The low atmosphere score is due to no air conditioning in the building. Management needs to do something about that quickly"

"Just did not give us everything we asked for nor did they give us a receipt. I foolishly drove away without doing an inspection of the items but quickly realized I had no where near the amount of food I ordered. After parking in the parking lot and assessing my missing items I went in and they gave me half of what I ordered and as I had no proof that we ordered more than that because we didn’t get the receipt, after returning to the car I realized we also did not get one of the sandwiches we ordered but at that point it was a lost cause, I moved on and accepted my fate of this Dunkin’ Donuts simply being incompetent and with the knowledge of never returning. Update: After writing the beginning of this review I found out that I also did not get the correct sandwich, I am also certain they did not get our orders confused with another vehicle due to me getting a jelly donut and chocolate munchkins which, as far I’m aware, is not extremely common, as well as us not receiving a beverage which is a common order. In conclusion: the items included in our order compared to what we ordered is listed below 2 out of 3 sandwiches 1 of them was the wrong sandwich 1 out of 2 stuffed mini bagels 7 out of 10 chocolate munchkins 1 out of 1 jelly donut 0 out of 1 receipt"
