"The owners are racist ( the women owner). The staff is racist. They talk about customers disrespectfully while they are doing there nails and toes. They make people feel uncomfortable. Pay attention to your children while leaving them in the care of the nail techs. They are ALL mean and sarcastic to the kids when they think that the parents are not paying attention. The owner did my daughters nails and did such a bad job and when my daughter tried explaining why she did not like her nails, the owner got very defensive and disrespectful. Then she triple charged me for the services just because she was angry and then had her employees start to over charge me for my nails as well as both my daughters. The experience was absolutely horrible. Be aware of this place. Check the prices before you pay because they most certainly are scamming people. I did not realize it until I witness several other customers constantly confronting the staff about them being over charged. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. The owner literally charges based off of her emotions. Half the staff including the owner has little to no skills as far as nails are concerned."

"Today, I had the worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. Well, the second worse…the first, was the first time I came here three months ago. I gave the spa grace and tried again. Will not do that again. I had the “happy spa” and she rushed through the whole thing in 20 minutes. She did not do all of the services that were included and had an attitude the whole time. I feel so overcharged and aggravated and will never go back. My polish has already chipped and she did not clean or cut my cuticles nor did I get a mask treatment. If you keep doing fast work and show that you don’t care, you will be closed pretty fast in these economic times. I work in a similar industry and I would focus on customer service and quality of work! I’m really angry because I’m leaving for vacation and have to look at this mess all week."
