"Zero-Star Service: XPO Logistics delivered and installed my Samsung washer/dryer/stacking kit, & refrigerator Sept 9. The delivery person was in a rush, he was frustrated, he had to call his supervisor multiple times because he had never installed the washer before and needed help w/ installation. XPO Logistics did not tell him the extent of his delivery. He was unaware of the time commitment. Believing they had done a good job, I gave them an excellent review. Plus I felt bad for the guys and wanted to help them out. That evening, I tried to wash clothes. Needless to say, once in spin cycle the washer shook violently. I tried to calibrate it, tried to wash again, it still shook violently. I had to stop it during the spin cycle each time because it sounded like it was a rocket launching out of my house. The washer/dryer moved 2-3 inches due to the shaking. Samsung walked me through troubleshooting only to learn the shipping bolts were not removed. None of the legs on washer/dryer were extended. They also forgot to turn the water on for the refrigerator. Called XPO to complain. They said they would send someone out. Twice, they didn't show up for appointment. They didn't call to say they weren't coming. The third time they showed up while I was at work and didn't call to notify me they were coming. They knew, like most people, I was at work. I cannot stay home all day waiting on people who don't show up. I paid for the appliances and delivery AND installation. I didn't even know they had come to my house until I called to complain about them not showing up a 3rd time. I again called Samsung, they sent a repairman come, he removed the front panel and realized a cement piece in the front part of the washer was not connected. A bolt had come loose and a plastic piece broken inside washer. Appliances are not cheap. The washer is broken because of the incorrect installation. It was 100 percent avoidable by proper installation. Do not buy appliances anywhere that uses XPO for installation/shipping. Filed a complaint with the BBB, but it looks like they're not even accredited and do not respond to any of the consumer complaints. Pure incompetence."

"Someone who spends thousands of dollars on a product should not be left hanging. This company is an absolute joke. I have spent hours on hold to only get the same response of “sorry sir, we will try to get it out as soon as possible.” Do not waste your time if you ever see this company as the delivery company. I ordered a fridge a month ago and have had my delivery date changed at-least 3 times. Upon calling the company, I was informed that they only have ONE truck in my area and ONLY deliver TWO days of the week which I personally think is unacceptable for someone that distributes products for mass companies such as Samsung. Another red flag would be that they do not warn with a call or text that they can not deliver your products on the actual delivery date, you actually have to call so I really wonder how many people are left unaware. Unfortunately I was not even able to received any type of compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time. Another kicker…. The last time I spoke to XPO, I was informed that one of their drivers was driving illegally and got into an accident. Think that really speaks for itself and the kind of operations they have going on."

"I’d give it no stars if I could. Waited two days for our order to be delivered… never came. Kept getting told it would be here same day/next day. Then got the run around saying how they only deliver to our area on certain days. WHICH WAS A LIE. Driver confirmed that information for me today. When we opened the back of the truck to get our new grill and other items out; it was laying over on its side. Driver said “oh it tipped over”. Didn’t even help inspect for damage or anything. Kelly in the office blatantly lied to my husband. He asked for a supervisor and she said he wasn’t in… to call back tomorrow when he was back; but when he called back later she said the supervisor was outside unloading a truck. There’s so many issues with our experience. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone!!"

"Zero stars. Stayed home all day to receive my shipment, when I called at the end of the day to see what happened they told me they showed up and no one was home which was a blatant lie. On the second delivery day agreed on the driver showed up at the last minute and while delivering my safe dropped it off the pallet jack causing damage to the hinges. When I informed him of what occurred he seemed upset that I would inconvenience him in such a way. Then when trying to inform the company of what happened by calling them they refused to answer the phone."
